Those of you who’ve been with us from the beginning, know we’ve had a few problems with members of our team coming for a while and leaving suddenly.

We have searched the globe looking for the perfect person to complete our team. We tried to work with people from Brunei to Estonia, Bombay to Mombasa. Each has made a contribution to our final site, although, sometimes the only contribution was to temper our resolve and make us stronger.

After a few false starts, we have the full Dream Team together. As so often happens, what we were searching the world for, was right under our noses! Our friend and former colleague, Ben reappeared, having spent the last two years learning the exact skills we were looking for. He’s also my favourite person to write with and you’ll see the results of that if you do the pre-launch quiz and get the thank you gift at the end.

Our team is complete and we’re having fun together - Which is all good news for the site. And the lesson from this?

Next time you’re searching for someone or something - look under your nose first.
